How blessed is he who considers the helpless; the Lord will deliver him in a day of trouble. “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time? Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes. Truly I say to you, that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.” Matthew 24:45-47

“For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me; Then the righteous will answer Him saying,' Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You drink? and when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? And when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to you?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ’Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’ Matthew 25: 35-40

We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has the world’s goods, and beholds his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? I John 3: 16 - 18

Thank you for your prayers for a wonderfully successful 2007 for our ministry. We were able to deliver 2,272,340 pounds of food into the hands of seasoned, passionate, called, anointed, focused pastors, evangelists, and directors for distribution to the poor.

And, we were able to do it all for less than 13½ cents per pound. The 13½ cents included every budget item – food acquisition, transportation, delivery, and storage of food; fuel, new equipment, repair and maintenance, salaries, paper clips -- everything!
